The Body-Track approach is simple, efficient & non-invasive approach to analysis (< 60 Seconds). Meaning no dunking, No pinching. No discomfort. Simply stand on the device and hold the hand electrodes.
Vo2 testing measures the ability to transport oxygen from the air & deliver it to working muscles. It provides a detailed breakdown of fitness profiles & highlights the indicators for progression.
It serves as an indicator in determining cardiovascular fitness & performance capacity.
It is based on the premise that the more oxygen an athlete consumes during high-level exercise, the more the body will generate adenosine triphosphate (ATP) energy in cells. ATP is often referred to as the "molecular unit of currency" of intracellular energy.
You will be hooked to our equipment via a mask & you will be wearing a heart rate monitor. The intensity will increase at one set intervals by speed / incline to raise oxygen consumption & heart rate.
The minimum the test can last is four minutes and the maximum the test can last is 24 minutes
